Visa for Filipino Parent of Japanese-Filipino Children (JFC)

If a Filipino Parent of Japanese-Filipino Children (JFC) wishes to bring up the JFC, who is under 20 years old,

1.) To live in Japan as long-term resident in order to raise the child in Japan.
2.) To stay in Japan for a short period (within 90 days) for preparation and preliminary inspection for possible long-term stay with the child in the future.
3.) To stay in Japan for a short period (within 90 days) to conduct necessary procedures such as looking for Japanese father's whereabouts, being acknowledged by Japanese Father, etc.

Service Fee: PHP 12,000

Our Service Fee includes with Consulting Fee, Documentation Fee, Handling Fee and Visa Fee. Our Consulting and Documentation services means that we are supporting to arrange the requirements and preparing documents, such as Guarantee Letter, Application Form, Family Tree, Itinerary, or other documents Japan Embassy required. Also you may request us to get your PSA Certificates (Birth and/or Marriage), your new Passport as options.

Requirements

All documents must be original unless otherwise stated.

1. Philippine Passport
• Broken passport is not accepted. Passports must be signed and must have at least 2 blank visa pages.

2. Birth Certificate
• It must be issued within one year from PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority).
• If your Birth Certificate from PSA is unreadable, or has incomplete information, you need to submit Birth Certificate issued by LCR (Local Civil Registry) together with Birth Certificate issued by PSA.
• If your Birth Certificate is “Late Registration”, you need to submit in addition, Baptismal Certificate and School Record (Form 137) from High School or Elementary and School Yearbook (if possible).
• If there is no record in PSA, please submit a “Certificate of Non-Record” from PSA together with a birth certificate from the Local Civil Registrar.

3. CENOMAR
• IT must be issued within one year from PSA Main Office/Serbilis Outlet Center.

4. Marriage Certificate [ If married ]
• IT must be issued within one year from PSA Main Office/Serbilis Outlet Center.
• In case there is no record in PSA, please submit a “Certificate of Non-Record” from PSA together with the Marriage Certificate from the Local Civil Registrar.

5. ID Photo
• Specs: 4.5cm x 4.5cm, with White Background.
• Photo must be taken within 6 months.
• Write your Name and Date of Birth on back side of the photo.
• Photo must be pasted on your Application Form.

8. Itinerary (Daily Schedule in Japan)
We will prepare your Itinerary. It is included our Service Fee. And we offer the arrengements of Tour Guide (Filipino with languages of Tagalog, Japanese, English), Hotels, Car Rental. Also we provide Personalized Package Tour Customization Services.

9. Documents from the Japanese Filipino Child (JFC)
• Birth Certificate / Please refer to 2.
• Family Register (Koseki-Touhon) of the Japanese Parent (If JFC is registered in it)
• Child's Japanese Passport Copy (If available)
• Certificate of Enrollment/Graduation (If JFC goes to/has finished school in Philippines)

10. Proof of financial capacity to support stay and travel expenses
(If unable to submit any of the following documents, submit Explanation Letter).

(A) If applicant or supporter in Philippines bears all the expenses
• Bank Certificate (Original) and Income Tax Return Form 2316 (Clear Copy)

(B) In case a Guarantor in Japan bears all or partial expenses, please submit any of the following;
• Income Certificate from City Hall
• Taxation Certificate from City Hall
• Bank Certificate
• Tax Return Filing (Kakutei-Shinkokusho) and Tax Return Certificate (Nouzei-Shoumeisho Form 2) from Tax Office

(C) In case a supporting organization such as Philippine based NGO bears all or partial expenses, documents to prove the substantiality of the organization, such as;
• SEC Certification of Incorporation
• DSWD Certificate of Registration

11. Documents from Guarantor, Inviter or Supporting Organization, if any;
• Guarantee Letter
• Invitation Letter
• Certificate of Employment/ Letter from Employer (If Guarantor/Inviter is employed) or a Certified copy of Incorporation Register (If Guarantor/inviter is self-employed)
• Documents to prove relationship in case the Guarantor/Inviter in Japan is your Relative
• A photocopy of Guarantor's/Inviter's old passport(s) which indicate record of his/her previous travel(s) to Philippines (If applicable)
• Documents related to the supporting organization (Overview of Organization, Outline of Activities and Achievements of Organization, Counterpart(s) in Philippines if any, and detail of the nature of their operation, etc.)
• Documents related to the intermediary (If there is an intermediary who introduced you to the Guarantor/Inviter/Supporting Organization, documents such as Photocopy of his/her Passport and photocopy of his/her Resident Card etc.)
