This Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "this T&C") on this website provided by Barros-Kei Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Our Company") on this website. It stipulates the terms of use for the business of Our Company related between Japan and Philippines (hereinafter referred to as "this Service"). Clients who request to Our Company (hereinafter referred to as "User") shall use this Service in accordance with this T&C.

Article 1 - APPLICATION
This T&C shall apply to all relationships related to the use of this Service between User and Our Company. Regarding this Service, in addition to this T&C, Our Company may establish provisions (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions") for use. Individual Provisions shall form part of this T&C regardless of the contents.

Article 2 - SURVICE
In this Service, after User agrees to this T&C, user applies for this Service Our Company, and when the payment of the cost is completed by the method specified by Our Company, Our Company shall consider that User officially concludes agreement of this Service.

Article 3 - PROVISION OF NECESSARY INFORMATION
User shall, at his / her own risk, provide genuine necessary information when applying for this Service. Our company will check the information provided during User application process for any errors. If Our Company determines that the information provided by User is incorrect and Our Company believes that it will interfere with the Service, Our Company may not accept User's application.

Article 4 - SERVICE FEE AND PAYMENT METHOD
User shall pay the amount estimated by Our Company based on this website as consideration for this service by the method specified by Our Company.

Article 5 - FROM SERVICE START TO SERVICE END
This Service will start when Our Company receive the service fee from User, and will end when User obtaines Japan Visa from Japan Embassy.

Article 6 - PROHIBITION
Our Company prohibits the following actions for User;

1. Acts that violate the law or public order and morals
2. Acts related to slander or criminal activity
3. Acts that infringe the contents of this service, copyrights included in this Service, and other intellectual property rights
4. Acts of commercial use of information obtained by this Service
5. Acts of collecting / accumulating personal information
6. Acts of using this Service for improper purposes
7. Other acts that Our Company deem inappropriate

Article 7 - FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
Except as specifically provided in this T&C, the causes of failure or delay in the implementation of all or part of this T&C and / or any individual agreement are Fires, Floods, Earthquakes, Epidemics, Strikes, Labor Troubles, Other Industrial Disturbances, Moratoriums, unavoidable Accidents, Wars (Declared / Undeclared), Bans, Blockades, Legislation, Central / Local Government Proclamation, Riots, Rebellions, Administrative System Troubles, Out of Control for Our Company if it is caused by other factors, Our Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by User due to the suspension / interruption of this Service.

Article 8 - CONFIDENTIALLY CLAUSE
Both Our Company and User will not be able to contact both parties and third parties, including the contents of this T&C, information on administrative procedures and procedures, and personal information of both parties. Our Company will endeavor not to leak any information that may be profitable.

Article 9 - HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our Company will handle personal information obtained by applying for this Service appropriately in accordance with "Privacy Policy" of Our Company.

Article 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
This Service shall be copyrighted by Our Company and ownership by User at the time of delivery, and neither party shall copy or divert it without mutual consent.

Article 11 - RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE
Even if this Service is canceled or terminated, the rights and obligations of both parties existing in this T&C will continue to be applied. In particular, Article 6 and 8 of this T&C shall apply to both parties even after the termination or expiration.

Article 12 - NOTIFICATION
All notices regarding this Service performed under this T&C will be sent at any time via a mutually communicable Address or other Address, Mobile Phone Number, Email address, or Mobile Messenger Communication Tool. In addition, one of the parties receiving the notification shall promptly notify the other party of the confirmation. Unless User notifies the change of the registered contact, we consider that the currently registered contact is valid and notify, and it is considered that the contact has reached User at the time of transmission.

Article 13 - REFUND
In this Service, Our Company won't refund to User unless we have entirely responsiblity for User's Visa. In case we have fully responsiblity, you may request a refund of Visa Application Fee specified by Japan Embassy. Refunds will take 2-3 weeks as the payment process period.

Article 14 - GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION
In interpreting this T&C, the Law of the Republic of the Philippines shall be the governing law. In the event of a dispute regarding this Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of Our Company shall be the exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 15 - COMPLETE AGREEMENT CLAUSE
This T&C as "Agreement", proves to be a Complete and Final Agreement by both parties, and supersedes all past Written or Verbal Agreements, Negotiations, Promises and Statements.
