Visa for Spouse or Child of Japanese National living in PH

Purpose is Temporary Visit in Japan of Spouse/Child (including special adopted child) of Japanese National living in Philippines who has Long Term Philippine Visa status and who submits Report of Residency (Zairyu Todoke) at Embassy of Japan in Philippines.

Applicants for this type of Visa (Multiple) are not permitted to stay in Japan totally for more than 6 months within 1 year. If applicants wish to stay for longer period of time, it is necessary to obtain Eligibility of Residence in Japan.



Service Fee: PHP 8,000

Our Service Fee includes with Consulting Fee, Documentation Fee, Handling Fee and Visa Fee. Our Consulting and Documentation services means that we are supporting to arrange the requirements and preparing documents, such as Guarantee Letter, Application Form, Family Tree, Itinerary, or other documents Japan Embassy required. Also you may request us to get your PSA Certificates (Birth and/or Marriage), your new Passport as options.

Requirements

All documents must be original unless otherwise stated.

1. Philippine Passport
• Broken passport is not accepted. Passports must be signed and must have at least 2 blank visa pages.

2. Birth Certificate
• It must be issued within one year from PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority).
• If your Birth Certificate from PSA is unreadable, or has incomplete information, you need to submit Birth Certificate issued by LCR (Local Civil Registry) together with Birth Certificate issued by PSA.
• If your Birth Certificate is “Late Registration”, you need to submit in addition, Baptismal Certificate and School Record (Form 137) from High School or Elementary and School Yearbook (if possible).
• If there is no record in PSA, please submit a “Certificate of Non-Record” from PSA together with a birth certificate from the Local Civil Registrar.

3. Marriage Certificate [ If married ]
• IT must be issued within one year from PSA Main Office/Serbilis Outlet Center.
• In case there is no record in PSA, please submit a “Certificate of Non-Record” from PSA together with the Marriage Certificate from the Local Civil Registrar.

4. ID Photo
• Specs: 4.5cm x 4.5cm, with White Background.
• Photo must be taken within 6 months.
• Write your Name and Date of Birth on back side of the photo.
• Photo must be pasted on your Application Form.

5. Visa Application Form
We will scribe your Application Form. It is included our Service Fee.

6. Explanation Letter/Reason to Enter Japan
We will prepare this documents. It is included our Service Fee. And we offer the arrengements of Tour Guide (Filipino with languages of Tagalog, Japanese, English), Hotels, Car Rental. Also we provide Personalized Package Tour Customization Services.

7. Family Registration (Koseki Tohon) (only if requesting Multiple Visa)
• Must be issued within 3 months

8. Passport Copy of Japanese Spouse/Parent living in Philippines
• Please submit a copy of all used pages to confirm that the Japanese Spouse/Parent is living in Philippines with Long Term Philippine Visa.
• If Japanese Spouse/Parent is staying in Philippines on Short Term Visa such as "Tourist", he / she is not recognized as Long Term Resident therefore Spouse/Child cannot apply in this Visa.

9. Copy of Alien Certificate of Registration Card (ACR-iCard) of Japanese Spouse/Parent

10. Employment Certificate and Income Tax Certificate of the main provider of the family
• If unemployed or only receiving pension etc. , submit a written explanation why the main provider cannot submit this requirement.
• If main provider of the family cannot submit Income Tax Return (ITR), submit a certificate of bank deposit balance in lieu of the ITR.

If Applicant wishes to apply for Multiple Entry Visa, submit Embassy prescribed form “Reason for requesting Multiple Entry Visa”, check items that apply and state reason for request.
